The chart represents the locations of the Luminaries (Sun and Moon) and planetary positions of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and their relation to one another, on the date and hour of a person’s birth.

To make your chart, I will need:

• the date of birth, hour of birth, and location (birthplace)

• the individual’s name as you want it written, if you want it in the chart
